Precautions When Installing the Chiller for the First Time

 

As a good helper for cooling and cooling of laser equipment, industrial chillers should be paid attention to when they are installed for the first time?

1. After the new equipment is unpacked, first check the accessories in the box according to the list, so as to avoid the failure of the chiller to be installed normally due to the lack of accessories.

2. Ensure that the working voltage of the chiller is stable and normal. Make sure the power socket is in good contact and the ground wire is well grounded. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the power cord socket of the chiller is connected well and whether the voltage is stable. The normal working voltage of the electromechanical standard chiller in special fields is 210~240V (110V model is 100~120V). If you really need a wider operating voltage range, you can customize it separately.

3. Mismatched power frequency will cause damage to the machine. So according to the actual situation, use the 50Hz or 60Hz model.

4. Running without water is strictly prohibited. Before the new machine is packed, the water storage tank will be emptied. Please make sure that the water tank is filled with water before turning it on, otherwise the water pump will be easily damaged. When the water level of the water tank is below the green (NORMAL) range of the water level gauge, the cooling capacity of the cooler will drop slightly. Please ensure that the water level of the water tank is within the green (NORMAL) range of the water level gauge. It is strictly forbidden to use the circulating pump to drain!

5. Please ensure that the air inlet and outlet passages of the chiller are smooth. The air outlet above the chiller should be kept at least 50cm away from the obstacle, and the air inlet on the side should be at least 30cm away from the obstacle.
