Precautions Before Commissioning of Refrigeration and Heating Circulators

The commissioning of the refrigeration and heating circulator is related to the safe operation of the entire equipment. Before debugging the equipment, it is necessary to make preparations and cooperate closely to avoid damage to the equipment caused by wrong operations.

Since the refrigeration heating circulator is a medium and large temperature control equipment, it needs to be closely coordinated in three aspects: design, installation and use during commissioning. In order to ensure that the commissioning work is carried out in an orderly manner, it is necessary for relevant personnel to form a temporary commissioning team to comprehensively direct the commissioning work.

The personnel responsible for debugging should be fully familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, clarify the debugging methods, steps and technical requirements to be met, formulate a detailed and specific debugging plan, and make the debugging personnel in each post clear their own tasks and requirements.

Check whether the installation of the refrigeration and heating circulator meets the technical requirements, whether the foundation of the equipment meets the requirements, and whether the size, specification and material of the connecting pipeline meet the design requirements.

The power supply system of the refrigeration and heating circulator should be fully installed and debugged. Carry out a water test on the refrigeration system alone, flush the dirt in the water system, the water pump should work normally, and the circulating water volume should meet the requirements of the working conditions.

Clean up the environmental site for the debugging of the refrigeration and heating circulator to achieve clean, bright and unobstructed, prepare all kinds of general tools required for debugging, prepare all kinds of pressure, temperature, flow, quality, time, etc. Safety protection equipment necessary for commissioning and operation.

After the refrigeration and heating circulator is ready for commissioning, professional commissioning personnel will conduct commissioning, and carefully read the operating instructions provided by the manufacturer before commissioning.
