First, the precautions before equipment installation:

1. Industrial low-temperature chillers need to be installed or stored in a dry, non-vibration-free environment. If the equipment is not needed temporarily, waterproof measures should be taken to prevent the equipment from entering water, and sun protection should be done at the same time.

2. The room temperature of the room where the equipment is installed and operated should not be too high. If a certain amount of heat is generated during operation, it needs to be discharged in time to keep the room ventilated or at a suitable temperature.

3. The ground on which the ultra-low temperature chiller is placed should be stable. It is recommended to use a rigid base or concrete, which can withstand the weight of several hundred kilograms of the chiller. If it is a water-cooled equipment, it is also necessary to reserve a drainage pipe so that the water generated during the operation of the equipment can be discharged in time.

4. The environment where the cryogenic chiller is placed is recommended not to have an ash layer or air with large pollutants, and it is not suitable for high humidity. Because if it is in this environment for a long time, it will affect the performance of the internal components of the equipment, and once it is blocked or corroded and rusted, it will affect the operation of the equipment.

5. Read the instructions before installing the equipment. If you need some tools or materials, such as hoisting equipment, soft joints, shock-proof cushions, etc., users need to prepare them in advance.

Second, the precautions after installation:

1. After the ultra-low temperature chiller is installed, check whether the water outlets and appearance of the equipment are damaged. If there is any damage, please contact the manufacturer to solve it.

2. When installing the water pipe of the industrial chiller, it is necessary to reserve a certain distance to facilitate the construction and adjustment in case of later replacement or failure.

3. After the equipment has been used for a certain period of time, the shell will produce a certain amount of dust, which needs to be cleaned in time.

4. Regularly check the chiller equipment, especially whether the refrigerant leaks. If the pressure values ​​of the high and low pressure gauges are abnormal, the refrigerant may leak, and the user should contact the after-sales personnel for maintenance in time.

5. The user should regularly maintain the chiller to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
