Laboratory Heater Chiller
Laboratory Heater Chiller provides users with a liquid environment with controlled heating and cooling, uniform and constant temperature when working. It is often used in reaction kettles to control the heat demand and exothermic process during the reaction process. It can accurately and linearly control the temperature of the materials in the kettle, and program control can be selected. Mode, the temperature difference of heat transfer medium and material can also be set, and it can also be used for heating and cooling of other equipment separately.
First, introduction of Laboratory Heater Chiller:
Laboratory Heater Chiller is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, filter, expansion valve, heat exchanger, evaporator, circulating pump, display screen, liquid level indicator, electrical cabinet, motor, etc., and the heat transfer medium is driven by the pump ( Usually water or oil) from the oil tank with built-in heater to the temperature control equipment, and from the temperature control equipment back to the oil tank. The controller adjusts the temperature of the thermal fluid to adjust the temperature of the temperature control device according to the temperature of the thermal fluid measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control device.
Second, precautions for use of Laboratory Heater Chiller:
1. Whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled, the temperature control device must be located in an operating environment with enough fresh air, and the space should be large enough.
2. The heat conduction medium pipeline cannot be blocked, and the heat conduction medium pipe should be checked and maintained regularly to avoid material strain and fission.
3. In order to avoid damage to the integrated cooling and heating pipelines, users are using high mineral content, so it is necessary to regularly use water treatment chemicals to clean the dirt on the pipelines.
4. When not in use, please be sure to disconnect the cooling water connection pipe, clean up the remaining cooling water/heat transfer oil in the pipe, pack it and store it in a dry place.
The Laboratory Heater Chiller adopts a fully enclosed pipeline design to reduce the demand for heat transfer fluid while improving the heat utilization rate of the system to achieve rapid temperature rise and fall. The heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in circulation, which can reduce the risk of heat transfer medium absorbing moisture and volatilization during operation.
