2. Adjust the reasonable operating load of the chiller equipment. Under the condition of ensuring the safe operation of the equipment, the power consumption per unit of cooling capacity is smaller when the refrigeration host runs at 70%~80% load than when it runs under load. Using this method to start the machine should be considered in combination with the operation of the water pump and the cooling tower.
3. Prevent and reduce pipe fouling to improve the heat exchange efficiency of condenser and evaporator, and replenish water. If the water treatment is not done properly, calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate from the heating of calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate will deposit on the pipes. The thermal conductivity is reduced, the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser and the evaporator is affected, and the electricity cost of equipment operation is greatly increased. At this time, in addition to using water treatment technology, you can also use the regular automatic cleaning equipment for pipeline cleaning.
4. The frequency conversion device of the chiller is used to adjust the rotational speed of the compressor of the centrifugal chiller. After the low-pressure refrigerant passes through the centrifuge, the pressure rises. The higher the speed of the centrifuge, the higher the pressure rise. In actual operation, most of the equipment is not running at full load. Centrifuges with a fixed rotational speed cause energy waste when the equipment is operated with a small load. The frequency conversion centrifugal chiller can automatically adjust the compressor speed according to the change of the load, and the energy saving space is relatively large.
