Different models and temperatures of electric heaters and coolers use different media, including heat transfer oil, water, and ethylene glycol aqueous solution. The electric heater and cooler is similar to the mold temperature controller, high and low temperature integrated machine, and cooling and heating integrated machine on the market, but the functions, configurations, and parameters of each manufacturer are different.
The electric heater and cooler now adopts PID intelligent temperature control technology, which can be heated, kept at a constant temperature or cooled. The current temperature control requirement can reach plus or minus 0.5°C (of course, there may be some differences for different models), and it adopts multi-point temperature control technology. Pipelines and electrical parts can be isolated and explosion-proof, with a relatively large temperature range and relatively uniform and stable temperature rise and fall.
Electric heater and cooler requires manufacturers to design and customize technical solutions. If the configuration is too low, it will be difficult to achieve the required hot and cold temperatures.
