Classification of cooling methods of industrial chillers:
Water cooling is a cooling method with better heat dissipation effect in industrial temperature control. The principle of water cooling is to cool down by wrapping the heat source with flowing cold water. The basic configuration of water cooling is a chiller, which includes a water tank (also external), a water pump, a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator. The condenser is also divided into water-cooled and air-cooled. The advantages of the water-cooled chiller can effectively control the temperature of the production equipment with high power and high speed. When the temperature is low, the chiller will automatically stop until the temperature of the production equipment rises to achieve the normal working temperature of the equipment. When the working temperature of the equipment is high, the chiller starts the cooling and cooling work to cool down to the normal working temperature of the equipment. The disadvantages of water-cooled chillers are high investment cost, complex cooling machine structure, relatively high failure rate and large space occupation.

The condenser can also be divided into water cooling and air cooling. Since the cold source of the air cooler is the wind, the advantages of the air-cooled chiller are that it is convenient and quick to use, has a small investment cost, occupies a small space, and is flexible and convenient. The disadvantages of air-cooled chillers are slow heat dissipation, low efficiency and poor temperature control accuracy.
