During the operation of the refrigeration compressor, if there is a sudden power failure, first disconnect the main power switch, immediately close the suction valve and discharge valve of the compressor, then close the liquid supply gate valve, stop the liquid supply to the evaporator, and prevent the next operation of the 10 kw chiller , the humidity of the evaporator shrinks due to too much liquid.

2. The sudden water cut off caused the shutdown of the 10 kw chiller.

If the refrigeration circulating water is cut off suddenly, the switching power supply should be cut off immediately, and the operation of the refrigeration compressor should be stopped to prevent the working pressure of the equipment from being too high. After the air compressor stops, the suction and exhaust valves and related liquid supply valves should be closed immediately. After the cause is found out and common faults are eliminated, the power supply should be repaired and then restarted.

3. Shutdown caused by common faults of 10 kw chiller compressor

When the compressor is shut down due to damage to a part of the compressor during operation, it can be operated as a normal shutdown if conditions permit. In case of emergency, disconnect the motor switch power supply, and then close the suction, exhaust valve and liquid supply gate valve.
