1. The amount of cooling water provided to the chiller is insufficient, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is too large. Treatment method: increase the water supply, check whether the valve is in a fully open state, and whether the pipeline is blocked or not.

2. The fan of the cooling water tower is reversed and cannot provide circulating cooling water. Treatment method: Check and correctly connect the phase wires of the cooling tower fan motor.

3. The condenser of the chiller is dirty. Treatment method: The condenser should be cleaned regularly to keep it clean and tidy, so that the condensation effect can be better.

4. There is air in the water system. Treatment method: The air in the water should be removed in time. Either through the device’s vent valve, or by opening the pump’s valve.

5. Excessive liquid accumulation in the condenser reduces the effective cooling area. Treatment method: Open the liquid outlet valve enough to remove the refrigerant liquid stored in the condenser.

6. Excessive refrigerant charge. Treatment method: Remove excess refrigerant and ensure that the amount of refrigerant is within the specified range.

7. The water distribution of the cooling water tower is uneven. Treatment method: Check the cause and let the cooling water tower distribute water evenly.

After the chiller has been used for a long time, some small faults will inevitably occur. The user can stop and check the corresponding equipment according to the fault prompt, and then start the equipment after troubleshooting in time.
