Recirculating liquid chiller is widely used in laser marking machines, laser cutting machines, laser welding, laser drilling and other laser equipment. Due to the unstable water pressure of tap water and more water rust, the tiny tubes are blocked, which affects the normal operation of the machine; and the contradiction of water resource shortage is becoming more and more prominent, and the requirements for the water quality and temperature of cooling water for instruments and equipment (especially precision instruments) are getting higher and higher. The higher the rate, the recirculating liquid chiller will become the best choice for more and more users.

The function of the recirculating liquid chiller is to take away the heat generated by the instrument through relatively low-temperature water, so that the temperature of the instrument part is kept at a low level.

The cooling principle of recirculating liquid chiller:

Through the contact between water and air, it is the result of the three processes of evaporative heat dissipation, contact heat dissipation and radiation heat dissipation.

1. Evaporation and heat dissipation: Water forms large and small water droplets or extremely thin water films in the cooling equipment, which expands its contact area with the air and prolongs the contact time, strengthens the evaporation of water, and makes the water vapor take away the heat required for vaporization from the water, so that water cooling.

2. Contact heat dissipation: heat transfer by conduction and convection is called contact heat dissipation. The water surface is in contact with the air at a lower temperature, and due to the temperature difference, the heat in the hot water is transferred to the air, and the water temperature is lowered. The larger the temperature difference, the better the heat transfer effect.

3. Recirculating liquid chiller radiation heat dissipation: Radiation heat dissipation does not require the action of a heat transfer medium, but a phenomenon in which heat energy is transmitted in the form of electromagnetic waves. Radiation cooling works only in large cooling pools.
