1. Regularly check the compressor:

2. Periodically clean the condenser and evaporator:

The condenser and evaporator are the second most important components of the chiller, and experts recommend cleaning it every six months. The cooling water of the water-cooled condenser is an open circulation loop. The tap water used is recycled through the cooling water tower, which is easy to decompose and deposit impurities on the water pipe to form scale, which affects the heat transfer effect. Over time, the scaling will be too thick and the cooling water circulation section will be reduced, resulting in a reduction in water volume and an increase in condensing pressure.

3. Regularly change the lubricating oil:

After the chiller is used for a long time, the oil quality of the lubricating oil will deteriorate, and the impurities and moisture inside the oil will increase, so it is necessary to observe and check the oil quality regularly. 4. Periodically replace the filter drier:
