Debugging Points of Industrial Water Chiller

The refrigeration system of the chiller is a closed circulation system, and the system must be clean and sealed. Therefore, the commissioning of the industrial chiller refrigeration system includes two parts: equipment trial operation, refrigeration system experiment and commissioning. In general, the debugging points of the chiller refrigeration system are as follows:

1. System purging and blowdown. The purging is carried out with dry compressed air or nitrogen, and the pressure is generally controlled at 0.5-0.6MPa. The purging work must be carried out several times in accordance with the order of the system, and a target board should be set up at the sewage outlet for inspection. If there is no rust, dust and other dirt on the target board within 5 minutes, it is qualified.

2. Air tightness test. The air tightness test is also carried out with dry nitrogen or compressed air, and the test pressure can meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. If it is difficult to distinguish between high and low pressure systems, in the leak detection stage, the high pressure part can be carried out according to the test pressure of the high pressure system. When the pressure is maintained, it shall be carried out according to the test pressure of the low-pressure system.

3. Vacuum test. This can be done with a vacuum pump alone or with a compressor in the chiller system, as long as the vacuum degree complies with the requirements of the equipment technical documents.

4. The industrial chiller system is filled with refrigerant after thermal insulation. Connect the cylinder containing the refrigerant and the charging valve of the system (a filter drier should be added before connecting). When the pressure of the system reaches 0.1-0.2MPa, a comprehensive inspection of the system should be carried out. If there is no abnormality, continue to charge the refrigerant. When the pressure of the chiller system is equal to that of the steel cylinder, the compressor can be started to speed up the charging speed of the refrigerant. .

5. Load test run. The start-up of the industrial chiller should be specified in the technical documents of the equipment. If it is a two-stage refrigeration system, the high-pressure refrigeration compressor should be started first. After the chiller is started, the suction valve should be opened slowly to adjust the throttling device of the system, so that the refrigeration system can work normally.

After the industrial chiller refrigeration system has passed the test run, the temperature should be reduced to the specified temperature under the minimum external load. Different chillers, refrigeration system debugging methods and procedures will be different.
