How to extend the life of 6 kw chiller:

1. When the chiller has a fault alarm, first press the stop button to shut down the unit, and then check the cause of the fault. Before the fault is resolved, the start-up operation cannot be forcibly performed.

2. Keep the 6 kw chiller clean and tidy, with good ventilation, and regularly clean the condenser to ensure a good working environment for the chiller.

3. The water quality must be kept clean to avoid impurities entering the water, which will cause pipeline blockage and affect the unit.

4. The surface of the cooling coil should be kept clean, the surrounding air should be kept in circulation, and the cooling coil should be cleaned regularly.

5. In the cold winter, if you stop using the 6 kw chiller for a long time, turn off the power of the chiller first, and drain the cooling water in the water tank.

6. Please do not change the protection devices of the chiller at will. The parameters of the protection devices have been set by the manufacturer before the unit leaves the factory.
