1. The mechanical failure of the pump itself, the fastening nut of the impeller and the pump shaft is loose or the pump shaft is deformed and bent, resulting in excessive movement of the impeller, friction with the pump body, or damage to the bearing, etc., which will cause the speed of the pump to drop.

2. Motor failure, winding burnout, loss of magnetism, changes in the number of winding turns, wire diameters, and wiring methods during maintenance, or failure to completely eliminate faults during maintenance, etc., will cause changes in the speed of the pump.

3. The bottom valve cannot be opened, the impeller is seriously worn, the filter net of the bottom valve is clogged, or the bottom valve may exist in the mud layer in the water, causing the filter to be blocked, and the fault or blockage of the gate valve will cause the flow to decrease, or even fail to discharge. The leakage of the pipeline will also have a certain impact on the water extraction.

Water pump failure: abnormal sound of the water pump, overload of the water pump, large vibration, poor water absorption, failure to start, insufficient flow, heat generation of the water pump, burnt out of the water pump, etc. The reason for the abnormality of the water pump: Air entering the water pump will reduce the efficiency of the pump and produce abnormal noise. Loose pipeline screws, aging parts and air holes, and failure of sealing valves are the main reasons for poor cooling water circulation; replace or overhaul the water pump.

Third, the solution to the pump failure

Check the power supply first to confirm whether the three-phase current is balanced; if the water pump is blocked, you need to clean the water pump or replace the entire unit; it can be solved by adjusting, repairing, strengthening, straightening, and replacing. Check the operation of the cooling water circulation pump, check whether the cooling fan is working normally; clean the filter or replace the same type of filter; add cooling medium to the system.
