Application Equipment of Low Temperature Air-cooled Chiller

The low-temperature air-cooled chiller is a cooling device that provides constant temperature, constant current and constant pressure. It mainly consists of three parts: circuit system, refrigeration system and piping system.

The main application equipment of low temperature air-cooled chiller:

1. Use with vacuum equipment. Our chiller adopts secondary subcooling technology, the temperature can be as low as minus 120 degrees, and the cooling is fast. It is widely used in high-quality vacuum equipment, such as molecular pumps.

2. Supporting medical laser equipment. The fully enclosed system of the chiller makes it an ideal choice for medical laser equipment, and is also widely used in spectrum analyzers, fermentation devices, reactors, etc.

3. Supporting experimental condensation equipment. For example, rotary evaporators, distillers, and condenser tubes have the characteristics of controllable temperature and high condensation efficiency, and can also effectively improve the recovery rate.

4, supporting semiconductor laser equipment. Due to its special structure, semiconductor laser equipment has higher requirements on water quality. In the circulation system of our low temperature air-cooled chiller, circulating chilled water or cooling water does not participate in the system circulation, which is more in line with the needs of semiconductor lasers.
