The low-temperature chiller can meet the user’s factory’s demand for sub-zero low-temperature refrigerant, so the function of the equipment is very efficient because it has the following characteristics:

1. Stable performance, reliable quality, fast cooling speed, high efficiency, strong applicability, and long service life, which can meet the 24-hour operation of the factory (if it needs to be shut down, the water/solution in the unit must be discharged).

2. The chiller has a compact structure, and can be used as a box-sealed chiller or an open-structure chiller according to the cooling power. Some models of the box-type chiller are also equipped with casters at the bottom, which is more convenient for installation.

3. All low-temperature chillers have been debugged before leaving the factory, so after the user receives them, they only need to connect the equipment with pipes according to the installation diagram, connect the power supply and the water system, and they can be put into use, which is convenient and fast.

4. The temperature control of the chiller can be adjusted by itself. According to different temperature requirements, the minimum temperature control of the device is also different. If the minimum temperature is not required, the user can adjust the temperature on the control panel by himself. For example, the temperature of the chiller you buy requires -20°C. If you don’t need to be so low, you can directly adjust it to -15°C, or -10°C, but it cannot exceed -20°C.

5. For low-temperature chillers with large cooling power requirements, you can choose to use 2 or more compressors as an independent refrigeration system. If one compressor fails during the operation of the equipment, other compressors can operate normally. This will not have a major impact on cooling demand. And in the process of repairing the faulty compressor, it will not affect the operation of other compressors.
