Advantages of Air-Cooled Low Temperature Chiller
Air-cooled low-temperature chillers are widely used in plastics, electroplating, painting, electronics, fine chemicals, medicine, solar photovoltaic industry, air separation, automotive environmental test chambers, engine intake systems, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
Our air-cooled low-temperature chillers can control the temperature range from -120°C to +30°C, and can be adjusted arbitrarily, with sufficient cooling capacity and complete specifications.
Performance characteristics of air-cooled low-temperature chiller:
●Adopt low-temperature and advanced high-efficiency scroll or piston compressors of international brands, with lower noise, smaller vibration, higher efficiency, better performance, lower failure rate, more reliability, energy saving and environmental protection.
●Adopt world-brand contactors, relays, thermal protectors, expansion valves, pressure controllers, and dry filters, which greatly improves the reliability of the whole machine.
●Shell-and-tube condenser equipped with high-efficiency copper pipes.
●Compact structure, sufficient cooling capacity, high efficiency, easy to clean and maintain.
The unit has a built-in stainless steel water tank, a high-performance, high-flow dedicated water pump; some models have two independent refrigeration systems, which automatically adjust the number of systems involved in the work, so as to achieve the greatest energy saving, and the systems can be used as backups for each other, and the reliability is higher high.
●High-precision digital controller, which can intuitively and accurately measure the temperature of cold water, with an accurate value of ±0.1°C. The controller intuitively and accurately displays the operation and fault status of the compressor, water pump, and refrigeration system;
●Easy to operate, just press the switch, the unit can run automatically.
