1. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is required to open the mold, close the mold, and inject the material. The hydraulic oil absorbs the energy of the hydraulic pump and the temperature rises. Usually, the oil temperature cannot be higher than 60 °C. The cooling water temperature is about 27°C. Since the water temperature is required to be different from the mold, the electric water valve needs to be separated from the mold cooling circuit or an independent cooling system is required.
2. Freeze-drying machinery
In the freeze-drying machine, tap water or cooling tower was generally used to cool the condenser of the freeze-drying machine, which would cause waste of water resources, and the effect was not ideal, especially in the small-scale production experiment stage, the use of chillers can solve such problems.
3. Medicine Reactor
Industrial low-temperature refrigerators are widely used in chemical reaction kettles. In order to complete the chemical process flow, the solution in the reaction kettle is cryogenically cooled. The heat generated by the chemical reaction and physical reaction inside the reactor is rapidly cooled.
Generally, water at about 0°C is required for rapid cooling in the distillation stage, which can greatly improve the production efficiency, and the temperature of the effluent can be adjusted artificially to control the process of the reaction stage and improve the product quality.
4. Biotechnology Industry
A low temperature and low humidity environment is required during production and storage. The low-temperature chiller can use ethylene glycol as the refrigerant to provide refrigeration liquid from -5°C to -35°C, providing the necessary cold source for low temperature and low humidity. When refrigeration is still required in winter, the equipment can be equipped with a special control system, so that the equipment can still maintain refrigeration operation in a low temperature environment of -15 °C.
5. Coated glass
When large cooling capacity equipment is required, multiple screw chillers are usually used in combination. The coating production line needs to be heated to reach a certain temperature before starting. After starting, it needs to be cooled with chilled water to maintain a lower temperature due to its own heat generation.
6. Tempered glass, aluminum profile production
The general glass is heated at high temperature and then cooled rapidly. The temperature of the cooling water should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the tempering quality. The frozen water for cooling is provided by an industrial cryogenic refrigerator, and the water temperature is not affected by the ambient temperature to ensure the quality of the product.
Electrophoretic coating, chrome plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, etc. use electrochemical principles to coat the surface of the plated object with a special metal layer or coating. Direct or indirect cooling of the bath during this process improves product quality and work efficiency.

8. Circuit board production
During the manufacturing process of the circuit board, heat is generated by corroding the surface copper attached to the copper plate, which increases the temperature in the corrosion pool and affects the quality of the circuit board. The industrial low-temperature refrigerator can protect the temperature of the corrosion pool.

9. Laser Technology
Additional cooling may be required for the laser source, beam controller and electrical cabinet in a laser (laser) system. In laser systems, there are usually certain requirements for water temperature at startup, so that electric heating needs to be added to the water circuit. The beam controller in some systems will require a separate cooling circuit.
Welding furnaces and cutters, etc. require cooling. Usually small to medium sized chillers. Requires an internal and external circulating pump system or a closed tank system.
11. Photovoltaic industry
For wire slicer, polycrystalline silicon/single crystal silicon, PECVD, MOCVD, diffusion furnace and other equipment, to provide cooling temperature to meet various production process requirements, ensure product quality and improve production efficiency.
