Heater and chiller is used for refrigeration and heating temperature control in experiments that have certain temperature requirements such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biology, and laboratories. The heater and chiller adopts the PID algorithm to control the temperature by controlling the fluid circulation, so the heat transfer medium is also indispensable. Then, what should the heater and chiller pay attention to when emptying and adding liquid?

Precautions for heater and chiller when emptying and adding liquid:

1. When emptying and adding liquid, prepare various tools, wear rubber gloves, goggles, etc., and take necessary protective measures;

2. When selecting the heat transfer medium of the heater and chiller, it is necessary to correspond to the heat transfer oil suitable for the equipment model and temperature range, because the heat transfer oil type is different, the temperature range, viscosity, effect, etc. are different, and the fully enclosed equipment is in operation. There will be no water mist in the medium, and there will be no yellowish brown;

3. When adding heat transfer oil to the heater and chiller, be careful not to pour in the sediment at the bottom of the oil tank;

4. Pay attention to the display part of the observation period during the liquid filling process to prevent entering the electrical cabinet and avoid overflow and damage to the equipment;

5. Pay attention when adding liquid, open the cover counterclockwise when filling, insert the funnel and inject heat-conducting medium, so that the liquid is filled to the expansion liquid level;

6. The heater and chiller needs to empty the air, open the exhaust valve counterclockwise, and the liquid level does not drop after repeated guidance, which means that the internal air has been basically emptied;

7. After normal use, it can run for about half an hour to empty and fill.

The heater and chiller can directly refrigerate at high temperature, and the fully enclosed circulation pipeline does not need to replace the medium, which is more convenient to use.
