Cryogenic refrigeration system is a widely used, environmentally friendly and energy-saving refrigeration equipment, mainly used in plastic industry, pharmaceutical industry, smelting industry and other industries. The cryogenic refrigeration system operates mainly through three related systems: water circulation system, refrigerant circulation system and electrical automatic control system.

1. Water circulation system of cryogenic refrigeration system:

First, a certain amount of water is injected into the water tank of the chiller, the water is cooled by the refrigeration system of the chiller, and then the low-temperature cooling water is sent to the equipment cooled by the pump. The chilled water from the chiller takes away the heat and returns to the water tank for cooling. The cooling water temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements, and long-term use can save water. Therefore, the cryogenic refrigeration system is a standard environmental protection and energy saving equipment.

2. Refrigeration cycle system of cryogenic refrigeration system:

The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and begins to evaporate. Finally, there is a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and the water. After the liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated into the gaseous state, it is sucked and compressed by the compressor (increased pressure and temperature). The gas refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into liquid. The low-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator through throttling through the thermal expansion valve (or capillary tube) and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigeration cycle process.

3. Electric automatic control system of cryogenic refrigeration system:

Including power part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to compressors, fans, pumps, etc. through the resolver. The automatic control part includes temperature controller, pressure protection, delay timer, relay, overload protection, etc., to realize the function of automatic start and stop according to water temperature, protection, etc.
