5HP Recirculating Heater Chiller

Now many pharmaceutical and chemical industries have used 5HP recirculating heater chillers, so how to judge their operating conditions during operation?

1. The equipment should have no noise, only the normal and regular ups and downs of the suction valve. The cooling water of the condenser should be sufficient, the water pressure should be above 0.12MPA, and the water temperature should not be too high. There should be no foot heat and frost on the cylinder wall, and the surface temperature difference should not be greater than 15~20 ℃. In refrigeration or low temperature systems, the frost on the suction pipe can generally reach the suction port; for high temperature conditions, the suction pipe should not be frozen. Frost, generally condensation is normal.

2. The oil temperature of the crankcase shall not exceed 70℃ and shall not be lower than 10℃. The lubricating oil of the refrigerator may have foam, and the exhaust temperature should not be too high. Too high a temperature close to the flash point of the refrigeration oil will be detrimental to the equipment. The condensing pressure is not easy to be too high, and the condensing pressure construction force is affected by the water source, the condensation method and the refrigerant. The oil level of the crankcase should not be lower than 1/2 of the sight glass.

3. The 5HP recirculation heater chiller should touch the horizontal liquid accumulator and oil separator with the upper part hot and the lower part cool. The junction of cold and heat should be the liquid level or oil level. The safety valve or bypass valve should be cool when the low pressure side is pressed. Otherwise, the high and low pressures are mixed with gas. During operation, the evaporation pressure should be similar to the suction pressure, and the exhaust pressure and condensation pressure should be similar to the accumulator pressure.

4. There should be a temperature difference between the cooling water in and out of the 5HP recirculating heater chiller, indicating that the heat exchanger is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The refrigerator should be sealed, no refrigerant or lubricating oil should be leaked, and the shaft seal of the refrigerator should not have dripping oil. The temperature of the shaft seal and bearing of the refrigerator shall not exceed 70 degrees. The expansion valve body should be frosted or dew evenly, but there should be no thick frost at the inlet. As the fluid passes through the expansion valve, only a dull, tiny sound can be heard. The pointers of the pressure gauges in the system should be relatively stable, and the temperature indication should be correct.
