Portable chiller also known as mini chiller is an air chiller with compact design and casters. Portable chillers are small in size and large in cooling capacity, and can be moved from one place to another for easy installation and maintenance.

Our portable chiller has a complete refrigeration function, including compressor, air-cooled condenser, water tank, water pump with water piping system, thermostatic expansion valve, digital temperature controller and blower.

Features:

1) Brand durable scroll compressor: Copeland, Danfoss or customized.

2) Three evaporators support different working circuits.

A. Water tank coil type, easy to remove

B. Shell and tube type, high efficiency

C. Brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE)

3) High-efficiency V-shaped condenser: aluminum fins covered by spiral copper tubes

4) Expansion valve: Emerson

5) Different options of iron pump and stainless steel pump

6) Buffer tank installed inside is optional

7) Built-in iron or stainless steel circulating water pump

8) Multiple protection devices: – Compressor internal protection, overcurrent protection, high/low voltage protection, overheat protection, flow switch, phase sequence/phase loss protection, low coolant level protection, antifreeze protection, exhaust overheat protection.
