The mini liquid chiller is manufactured using modern advanced technology, with high quality and beautiful appearance. It can be widely used in chemical industry, food, plastics, electroplating, concrete mixing stations, laser, printing, circuit boards and other fields.

Compressor: It adopts an internationally renowned brand of fully enclosed scroll compressor, which is 20-30% more energy efficient than a reciprocating compressor. It has the advantages of smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency, low failure, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance. The compressors can automatically operate alternately according to load changes, balancing the operating speed of each compressor, which greatly extends the service life of the chiller.

Evaporator: The evaporator adopts internal and external threaded strong tubes. The inner surface of the copper tube is threaded. The surface is smooth and the cooling effect is good. The outside of the evaporator barrel is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board to prevent condensation and reduce cooling loss.

Condenser: The condenser is equipped with efficient transverse slit fins and internally threaded copper tubes, which have high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.

Protection devices: temperature control switch, high and low pressure pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.

Computer control system: Highly intelligent PLC, PC-level computer control system, capable of remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, high safety factor and easy installation. System controls can be adjusted on the fly, intuitive and reliable.

Box board: The box board is precision processed by CNC punching machine and electrostatic powder paint, which has beautiful appearance and good sound insulation effect.
