The large-capacity tank is integrated with the external circulation, which can be used as a freezing tank and provide cooling liquid to the outside. Temperature digital setting and display, easy to operate. Key components such as refrigeration compressors are of well-known brands, with high reliability and high efficiency. The circulation system adopts SUS304, 316 and polymer anti-corrosion materials, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-low temperature liquid.

The low-temperature coolant circulation pump adopts a closed storage tank to effectively prevent the coolant from volatilizing and polluting. A filter device is installed at the liquid inlet of the storage tank to clean the coolant and prevent the instrument pipeline from being blocked. A liquid level display tube is provided to monitor the liquid level in the built-in liquid storage tank. The control system adopts liquid crystal controller, full digital display in Chinese, the temperature display accuracy is 0.1°C, easy to operate, safe and reliable, and the controller meets the requirements of CE safety certification. The main electrical components adopt the Schneider brand to ensure the safety and stability of the product. Safety functions: time delay, overcurrent, overheating, grounding, high voltage protection, etc.

First, determine the temperature range used by the low temperature coolant circulation pump. Different tests require different temperatures. The lower the temperature, the more expensive it is. Determine the volume of the coolant, the larger the volume of the coolant, the more coolant is installed, so the amount of coolant is also large, and its price is also very expensive. Check whether the low-temperature coolant circulation pump is corrosive in the environment. If it is corrosive, use a stainless steel shell. If it is not corrosive, use engineering plastics. How to use low temperature coolant circulation pump

At different low temperatures, use different media. If the low temperature does not exceed -25°C, you can use general coolant. If the low temperature exceeds -25°C, please purchase industrial alcohol.

1. Add the required medium according to the temperature requirements, and add it to the designated position.

2. Turn on the power switch and select the temperature to be used.

3. Turn on the switch of the circulation pump to make the temperature distribution of the medium environment in the low temperature tank even. When the temperature in the cryogenic storage tank reaches the set temperature, the cooling object can be put in according to the need, or the cooling liquid can be drawn out to establish a second constant temperature field.

Precautions for the use of low temperature coolant circulation pump

1. The medium in the cooling tank must not be lower than the marked part of the instrument, so as not to damage the circulating pump.

2. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place.

3. It must be possible to ensure that the low-temperature control coolant circulation pump of the system has a good ground wire. When the instrument is not in use, please do not leave residual solution in the tank to avoid overflow of test materials and corrosion of the tank.
