1 Insufficient refrigerant, which is what we often call Freon

During the operation of the chiller, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator continuously absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. After the compression of the compressor and the throttling of the expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator. Cycle again. If it is used for too long, the refrigerant will volatilize, which will affect the cooling effect. Another reason is a refrigerant leak, so the chiller operator should observe whether there is enough refrigerant. If the refrigerant leaks, it is recommended to contact the chiller manufacturer to arrange for personnel to check for leaks and replenish enough refrigerant.

2 The condenser has not been cleaned for a long time

The condenser is one of the main components of the chiller. Most of the cooling water contains calcium, magnesium ions and acid carbonate. When cooling water flows over metal surfaces, carbonates are formed. In addition, the oxygen dissolved in the cooling water can also cause the metal to corrode and form rust. Due to the generation of rust, the heat exchange effect of the condenser decreases, and when the scale is serious, the pipes will be blocked, which will reduce the heat exchange effect. Therefore, it is recommended that the condenser be cleaned every six months.

3 Clogged filter drier

When the filter is blocked, it will affect the heat exchange effect of the condenser, resulting in poor cooling effect of the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check and clean the filter, and it is recommended to replace a new dry filter when the blockage is serious.

4 Too much impurities in tap water

There are too many impurities in the tap water, which adhere to the inner wall of the water pipe, resulting in insufficient water supply, thus affecting the cooling effect. Therefore, for areas with poor water quality, it is recommended to do water treatment projects or regularly clean and replace the water pipes to ensure the normal operation of the chiller.

In addition, the selection of chillers must be accurate. If the model p is incorrectly matched, the required cooling effect will also not be achieved.
