How to Improve the Cooling Effect of the Chiller Machine?

 

1. Check the electrical system before starting the chiller machine

Check whether the electrical load meets the usage requirements. Whether the machine can withstand the maximum workload.

Check whether there is a short-circuit switch on the main power cord of the machine.

Confirm that the external circuit is fastened and installed correctly, the wiring is correct, and the contact points are free of corrosion, rust, dust accumulation, exposure and other phenomena.

2. Inspection of the compressor and refrigerant piping system of the chiller machine

Make sure the oil level of the compressor is normal.

Confirm whether the suction, gas stop valve, valve on the pipe, angle valve, ball valve, etc. of the compressor are open.

Check the compressor high and low pressure values. The lubricating oil preheating time can reach more than 8H.

3. 4 items that should be checked for normal operation

Check whether the water flow conditions of the cold water pump and the cooling water pump meet the requirements.

Check whether there is any abnormal error on the display.

There is no abnormal noise or vibration after the machine is running.

Measure whether the operating current of the machine is within the normal range.

4. Beware of icing

When the machine is determined to stop running and will not be used for a long time, the moisture in the evaporator and condenser should be removed and blown.

When the chiller machine environment is running at 0 ℃ and below, antifreeze should be added and placed to freeze.

5. Strict water quality management

Check the cooling water quality to prevent scaling and corrosion of the pipeline, and regularly check the water quality.

6. Daily maintenance management

When there is sediment and algae intrusion in the cooling water of the equipment pipeline, attention should be paid to maintenance and cleaning. Because these problems will reduce the efficiency of the machine, the contamination can be solved by chemicals or special cleaning fluids. Water quality inspection and analysis should be done every month to avoid chemical solutions corroding metal pipes.
