2. Adjust the reasonable operation of the chiller equipment. Using this method to start the machine should be considered in combination with the operation of the water pump and the cooling tower.

3. Adopt chiller frequency conversion device. Adjust the speed of the centrifugal chiller compressor, and the pressure of the low-pressure refrigerant increases after passing through the centrifuge. The higher the speed of the centrifuge, the higher the pressure rise. In actual operation, most of the equipment is not running at full load. Centrifuges with a fixed rotational speed cause energy waste when the equipment is operated with a small load. The frequency conversion centrifugal chiller can automatically adjust the compressor speed according to the change of the load, and the energy saving space is relatively large.

4. Prevent and reduce the fouling of the pipeline of the bench-type chiller to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser and the evaporator. If the water treatment is not done well, the calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate produced by the heating of calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate will be deposited on the pipeline, which will reduce the thermal conductivity, affect the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser and the evaporator, and greatly increase the electricity bill. rise.
