Circulating Heater Chiller

 

Circulating heater chiller is a cooling and heating temperature control equipment used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. It is often used in different types of reactors and so on. So, what requirements do users need to pay attention to during use?

1. Before using the circulating heater chiller equipment, read the product manual delivered with the equipment, and have a certain understanding of the various interfaces, buttons, and screens around the equipment before operating it.

2. When the circulating heater chiller arrives at the project site, pay attention to avoiding impact on the equipment during the movement, and pay attention to whether the display screen is damaged.

3. Before using the equipment, check whether the equipment is in a normal state when starting up the equipment, and formulate a regular maintenance and inspection plan.

4. The environment where the circulating heater chiller is placed needs to have an indoor environment with sufficient ventilation to avoid sunlight. There must be enough space around the equipment, and a flat and solid ground environment is also required.

5. When selecting a heat-conducting medium, it is necessary to pay attention to whether its temperature range meets the requirements of the working conditions of the project and whether it is suitable for equipment use. In general, you can consult the manufacturer whether the model is suitable.

6. There are many types of pipelines for circulating heater chiller equipment. Choose which material is suitable according to the temperature requirements of the equipment model, and then choose according to the length and diameter. It is necessary to regularly check the consumption of the pipeline, check whether it is damaged, and replace it in time .

7. The heat conduction medium of the equipment needs to be replaced regularly after long-term use. It is recommended to use the same type of medium to avoid equipment blockage caused by heat conduction medium of different models and brands. (Note: the heat transfer medium cannot be mixed with water to avoid failure.)

8. Before moving, maintaining and other operations of the circulating heater chiller, shut down the equipment and disconnect the power supply, and try not to tilt the equipment during the moving process.
