1. Check for the presence of air in the industrial chilled mechanical cooling system. When the chiller is installed, there can be no air, not even a little bit, of air, whether inside, pump or pipe. In addition, there is a film inside the pump, remember to tear it all off before installation. Otherwise, the water cannot circulate or circulate very slowly, which directly affects the operation of the chiller.

2. The occurrence of this situation is also closely related to the loss of cooling capacity. Insufficient insulation thickness of equipment and pipelines or damage to the insulation layer, resulting in increased cooling loss and affecting the cooling effect. When the user is operating, once the outer surface of the insulation layer is found to be wet or frosted, it means that the thickness of the insulation layer is insufficient, and the insulation layer should be replaced in time. In addition, the cover of the evaporator water tank is not tight, the sealing door of the air-conditioning treatment room or the air-conditioning storage room is damaged, and the air supply duct and the doors and windows of the air-conditioning storage room are leaking. This will lead to increased cooling loss, and enterprises should take timely countermeasures.

3. The low efficiency of refrigeration compressors is also a reason. Long-term operation of equipment, wear and tear of moving parts, increase in matching clearance or poor sealing will lead to a decrease in the actual air delivery capacity of the compressor and a decrease in cooling capacity. At this point, the refrigeration compressor needs to be checked. If it cannot be repaired, it should be replaced in time. The presence of air in the system can also cause this situation. At this time, the exhaust pressure is high, the temperature is high, the power consumption is large, and the cooling capacity is reduced.

4. When each chiller is installed, the evaporator and pipelines should be wrapped with thermal insulation cotton to prevent the loss of cooling capacity. If the cooling speed of the unit is slow, the enterprise should first check whether the thickness of the insulation layer of the pipeline is insufficient, or whether the insulation layer is damaged. Remember to wrap it in thermal insulation and make sure it’s thick enough.
