Avoiding and reducing pipe fouling in industrial chillers can improve the heat exchange efficiency of condensers and evaporators. When the industrial chiller runs for a long time, if the cooling water and chilled water in the system are not disposed of properly, calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate in the circulating water will produce calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, which will accumulate on the pipe wall of the pipe or heat exchanger. On the other hand, the thermal conductivity is lowered, the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser and the evaporator is affected, and the power consumption of the equipment is increased.
