The 20kw chiller has many models depending on the temperature range. It is widely used in the low-temperature reaction fields of chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemical and other industries. What aspects should be paid attention to during installation?

1. The condenser of the 20kw chiller is finned, and a heat dissipation fan is installed on the top of the equipment, and the heat is directly dissipated by the fan to achieve the heat exchange effect.

2. Before installing the 20kw chiller, choose a flat open space where the cement foundation can be laid again to ensure the levelness of the ground. After the equipment is installed, there must be free space for future maintenance, and the ground can withstand 20kw chiller running weight. Of course, depending on the model of the equipment, the diameter of the water inlet and outlet is also different. When installing, it is necessary to select a water pipe with a matching diameter and connect it correctly.

3. When the 20kw chiller is under load, it is necessary to ensure that the water flow of the equipment is normal and stable. The design and installation of all chilled water pipes should be carried out in accordance with relevant standards, and the chilled water pump should be located on the water inlet pipe of the unit to ensure the positive pressure and flow of the equipment. The water pump of the 20kw chiller is installed inside the unit, so a shock-absorbing pipe should be installed when piping to ensure proper elasticity and prevent the water from the evaporator from being drained when the water pump stops.

4. The pipeline of the 20kw chiller should have a firm support independent of the equipment to avoid stress on the components. In order to reduce noise and vibration, it is better to be able to install vibration isolators on the pipeline.

5. In order to run the 20kw chiller safely and stably, to ensure the normal use of each component, the poor water quality can be treated to avoid the accumulation of various sundries or corrosion deposits in the pipeline, evaporator, and condenser, which will affect the heat exchange effect. It also avoids increasing maintenance costs in the later period.
