1. As far as our 25 ton chiller is concerned, all the machines have been 100% performance tested before leaving the factory to ensure the normal operation of the machine. If this problem occurs during the initial use, it may be that the 25 ton chiller is not matched correctly.

2. When the 25 ton chiller is used for the first time, another reason why the temperature does not drop is that there are some problems with the installation of the cooling tower, circulation pump and piping of the equipment, which need to be carefully checked according to the installation diagram;

3. If this happens to the 25 ton chiller that has been used for more than half a year or one year, it may be the following problems:

a. The heat exchanger of the 25 ton chiller is too dirty. It is recommended to clean the heat exchanger and clean it regularly during subsequent use;

b. The refrigeration system of the 25 ton chiller is leaking Freon. It is recommended to find out the leak point, repair the welding, and add refrigerant;

c. It may be that the working temperature of the 25 ton chiller is relatively extreme, too high or too low, causing the industrial chiller to fail to meet the requirements. In this case, only a larger industrial chiller can be selected to meet the working requirements.

4. It may be that the water source used has impurities, which have been accumulated for a long time and attached to the pipes between the various devices, resulting in a small water flow. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the pipelines between the various equipment.
