Four common faults and solutions of 2hp chiller

First, the cooling effect is poor, no cooling

Reasons why the 2hp chiller has poor cooling effect or no cooling:

1. Compressor failure or damage

2. There is refrigerant leakage in the system

3. The display temperature of the computer board is abnormal

4. Overload fault

Solutions for the above situations:

Replace with a new compressor or find the source manufacturer of the chiller for repair;

If the refrigerant leaks, just add enough refrigerant;

If the computer board fails, it must be replaced directly;

Replace the 2hp chiller to achieve the required cooling effect.

Second, high voltage fault alarm

If there is a high-pressure alarm due to a factory operation error, you can solve it yourself by the following methods

1. Check whether the pipeline is unobstructed or blocked.

2. Check the evaporator for blisters and clean it in time.

3.2hp chiller is equipped with condenser, check and clean it regularly.

4. Check whether the control panel is damaged. If the panel is damaged, a high-voltage alarm will appear. At this time, just replace the control panel.

Third, low voltage fault alarm

1. If the pressure is too low, it means that the refrigerant is leaking, and it is enough to find the leak point and make up for it.

2. The pressure controller is damaged, replace it with a new one.

3. The filter is blocked; find out the location of the blockage, unblock it or replace it with a new filter device.

Fourth, water leakage occurs

1. There is water leakage in the water tank; if this happens, go directly to the manufacturer for repair or replace the water tank with a new one.

2. The water pump is leaking; find the manufacturer to replace it.

3. The ball valve is leaking; replace it with a new one.

4. The floating ball leaks water; if the floating ball leaks, it may be that the position of the floating ball is loose or the position is not installed correctly, just re-adjust the position.

Note: If there is water leakage in the water tank, water pump and ball valve, if you find the manufacturer to replace it within the warranty period, it will be free of charge. If the warranty period is over, you will have to pay for it yourself.
