Introduction to the Application Range of Refrigeration Heating Recirculating Chillers

Refrigeration heating recirculating chiller is a kind of equipment that can provide high-temperature and low-temperature liquid temperature control, realize continuous temperature control of – 120 ℃ ~ 250 ℃, and directly cool from high temperature to meet the temperature requirements of the experiment.

1、 Characteristics of refrigeration heating recirculating chiller

The refrigeration heating recirculating chiller adopts a fully closed pipeline circulation system, and the heat transfer medium circulates at high temperature and low temperature in the pipeline. Compared with the open pipeline, the closed pipeline will reduce the absorption of water vapor in the air, improve the service life of the heat transfer medium and improve the operation efficiency of cooling and heating.

2、 Main application range of refrigeration heating recirculating chiller

1) In the pharmaceutical, chemical and biological industries, single-layer or double-layer reactors (stainless steel, enamel and glass) can be used for refrigeration, heating and temperature control.

2) The mixing tank and reaction tank are used for cooling and heating temperature control.

3) High and low temperature control was carried out in distillation extraction experiment.

4) Refrigeration and heating temperature control in material testing industry.

5) Temperature control shall be carried out in the refrigeration and heating test of new energy battery motor.

6) Refrigeration, heating and temperature control in high and low temperature test of component industry, chip and semiconductor.

7) The vacuum chamber is cooled, heated and temperature controlled.

3、 Heat conducting medium of refrigeration heating recirculating chiller

The commonly used media of refrigeration heating recirculating chiller are heat transfer oil, water, ethylene glycol, etc. the heat transfer media selected are different according to different temperatures. The refrigeration heating recirculating chiller can transfer the matched heat for cooling to achieve the purpose of cooling.
