1. Control system

Hardware is the various electronic components of the controller, which are used to convert software instructions into electronic signals and output them to the electrical system.

2. Electrical system

3. Cooling system

Wire cutting machine tools need to be continuously cooled during work to prevent the workpiece from deforming or damaging the cutting tool, so it needs to be equipped with a cooling system. The cooling system can be water-cooled or oil-cooled to maintain the stability of the working fluid temperature.

4. Lubrication system

5. Transmission system

The transmission system is the core system of the machine tool, which is used to transmit the power of the motor to the mechanical components to achieve the normal operation of the machine tool. The transmission system of wire cutting machine tools usually uses a combination of servo motors and screw screws to maintain high precision and speed of the machine tool.
