Low temperature coolers are a type of water cooling equipment that can provide constant temperature, constant current, and constant pressure. The chiller injects a certain amount of water into the internal water tank of the machine. The water is cooled by the refrigeration system. Then the circulating water pump inside the machine injects low-temperature frozen water into the equipment that needs to be cooled. The chilled water takes away the heat inside the equipment. , and then flow the high-temperature hot water into the water tank again for cooling.
Cooling range of low temperature coolers
Ultra-low temperature refrigeration: as low as -150℃; low temperature refrigeration: -120 ~ -60℃; ordinary refrigeration: below 35℃.
Characteristics of low temperature coolers
1. The compressor of the unit adopts imported medium and low temperature compressor;
2. Use refrigerants such as R404A, R410a, R22/R407C, etc. to meet cooling temperature and environmental protection requirements;
3. Temperature selection range: Process chilled water between -5℃~-60℃ can be provided (users can choose unit specifications with different outlet water temperatures according to different production needs)
4. According to the needs of the user, a variety of refrigerants (chilled water) can be used: ethylene glycol aqueous solution, alcohol, ternary mixed solution and other alcohol-based refrigerants. The evaporator can also be designed according to anti-corrosion requirements and use chlorination. calcium aqueous solution;
5. Designed for 24-hour non-stop operation, it can meet the needs of various cold sources for continuous production processes;
6. The unit can be equipped with its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without the need for cooling towers and cooling water pumps, making installation and maintenance simple and convenient;
7. Equipped with various safety protection devices, it has stable performance, low noise, long service life and simple operation; it adopts LCD display human-machine interface, which makes operation simple and convenient, and the operating status is clear at a glance.
The principle of low temperature coolers
Refrigeration is to use a certain method to make an object or space reach a lower temperature than the surrounding environment medium within a certain time and space, and maintain it within a given temperature range. In order to make an object or space reach or maintain a certain low temperature, certain technical means and methods must be used to continuously remove the heat from the object or space.
