1. Detection of the return water temperature and outlet water temperature of the chiller (the unit needs to be in normal state): After 30 minutes of startup, you can read the inlet and outlet water of the equipment through the parameters of the chiller control system or the inlet and outlet water thermometers of the chilled water system. The difference between the temperature and the outlet water temperature should be ensured to be around 4~6°C. If the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is too large, it means that the water flow of the water system through the plate cooler is too small, which may cause the chiller to fail to operate normally.

2. Detection of the suction temperature of the copper tube of the compressor (only when the cooling is running): If the suction temperature of the compressor is detected to be lower than 0°C after the cooling is turned on for 30 minutes, it means the water flow in the water-side heat exchanger Not enough to cause the evaporation temperature and evaporation pressure to drop, and cause the freon to still evaporate and absorb heat in the suction pipe from the evaporator to the compressor, so that the suction temperature of the compressor is lower than 0 °C; in addition, it is necessary to exclude the water temperature setting The evaporating pressure and evaporating temperature caused by the point is too low; the non-standard low water temperature unit can be considered normal as long as the compressor has a suction superheat of 6-8 °C. Therefore, under normal water flow, the suction temperature of the compressor will generally be greater than 0 °C, below this value, the problem of the water system needs to be eliminated.

3. Detection of the running current of the pump: By detecting the running current of the pump and comparing it with the rated current, it can be judged whether the actual water flow is larger or smaller than the rated water flow of the pump. Only by making a comprehensive judgment with the previous parameters can an exact water flow be obtained. The water system inspection analysis and judgment report.

4. Water pressure detection of the inlet and outlet water pipes of the unit: through the detection of the return water pressure and the outlet water pressure value, and then check the water flow rate of the chiller under the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water in the random manual of the unit. The water flow of the unit corresponds to the table or map, so as to judge whether the water system is normal; and through this difference to judge which section of the water pipeline has a large resistance value, and make corresponding rectification plans and actions.
