The medium-sized single-fluid low-temperature chiller produced by our company has a cooling temperature range of -150°C ~ -5°C, fast cooling speed, safety and reliability. It can be used for rapid refrigeration of liquids, and can be used in biochemical, pharmaceutical, medical, military and other high-tech applications.

Features of ultra-low temperature chiller:

1. The temperature range is from -150℃ ~ -5℃, which can meet different temperature control needs

2. Adopt secondary subcooling technology, rapid cooling and low cooling temperature

3. Adopt imported brand semi-hermetic piston compressor, semi-hermetic piston two-stage compressor, high-power plate heat exchanger for evaporator, small size and high efficiency

4. Adopt a full set of imported cold controls

5. The cooling water circuit of the equipment adopts an intermediate heat exchanger, which significantly improves the reliability and safety of the system

6. Using DANFOSS electronic expansion valve, high control precision

7. Adopt Siemens PLC S7-200/300, LNEYA touch key screen display, automatic control operation, and have the functions of temperature curve display, temperature record U disk export, fault alarm record

8. The equipment with large cooling capacity adopts semi-hermetic screw compressor with economizer to operate, which is combined with electronic expansion valve to ensure high efficiency and energy saving.

9. The whole machine is installed. The system has been tested in the factory. The user only needs to install the coolant pipeline and the cooling water pipeline before operation.

10. Factory test: each refrigeration unit is load tested in the factory for not less than 12 hours

3. Circulating pump: LNEYA magnetic drive pump/optional Russian brand magnetic drive pump

4. Evaporator: Danfoss / Plate Heat Exchanger

5. Condenser: tube-and-tube water-cooled condenser / tube-and-tube water-cooled condenser

6. Intermediate heat exchanger: Danfoss/plate heat exchanger/Shenshi casing heat exchanger

7. Additional refrigeration: oil separator/filter drier/expansion valve/refrigeration solenoid valve/pressure control/view mirror are all made of Emerson, Danfoss and other brands

8. Electrical: AC contactors, intermediate relays, circuit breakers, thermal relays, etc. choose Schneider/ABB brands

9. The whole system is a fully closed system, low temperature does not absorb moisture in the air, the system will not increase the pressure due to high temperature during operation, and the low temperature automatically replenishes the heat transfer medium
