What is the operation process of industrial industrial air cooled chiller?

1. Power on the industrial LC -25°C ~ -5°C Low Temperature Chillers for about 12 hours before starting.

2. Start sequence of water cooling unit: start the freezing water pump → start the cooling water pump → start the compressor;

3. Start sequence of air-cooled unit: start the chilled water pump → start the unit;

4. Shutdown sequence of water cooling unit: turn off the compressor → turn off the cooling tower → turn off the cooling water → turn off the freezing water pump;

5. Shutdown sequence of air-cooled unit: shut down the unit → shut down the chilled water pump.

Precautions after starting the air-cooled industrial water chiller:

1. After startup, if the unit is equipped with high and low pressure gauges, the index of high and low pressure gauges can be observed to see whether the unit operates normally. The normal operating pressure of high pressure is 12~18Kg/cm2. The low pressure is 3~6Kg/cm2.

2. When starting the air-cooled industrial water chiller, check whether the direction of the fan is correct. If the fan is turned forward, it can be started and operated. If the fan is turned backward, it means that the power wiring is in reverse phase, and it must be replaced before starting.

3. The set values of various protection devices of the unit have been set in the factory. Users should not change them at will.

4. In case of fault alarm and shutdown of the unit, first press the stop button of the unit (the alarm light will be off), then check the cause of the fault, and do not force the unit to start up and run until the fault is eliminated.

5. It is not allowed to shut down the unit by cutting off the main power supply in case of emergency; If the unit is stopped for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the system.

6. The machine room should be kept clean and well ventilated, and the condenser should be cleaned regularly to ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit.
