The operating parameters of the equipment are changed: water fouling not only reduces the cleanness rate of the cooler and the cooling area, increases the flow resistance of the cooling circulating water system, reduces the flow of cooling water, but also increases the outlet pressure of the circulating water and the energy consumption of the circulating water pump, reducing the heat exchange efficiency.

Threaten the operation of the unit: too low vacuum will increase the temperature of the low pressure cylinder and exhaust cylinder, causing the deviation of the center of the turbine bearing, which will increase the vibration of the turbine unit in serious cases; It affects the operation of the unit.
