According to the refrigeration working principle of the low-temperature recirculating chiller, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding water in the evaporator, and the evaporator absorbs the heat of the water and evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous state. During the evaporation process, the temperature of the refrigerant does not change, and the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state, and then enters the condenser. In the condenser, heat is exchanged with the medium in the room, and part of the heat in the gaseous state of high temperature and high pressure is absorbed by the medium, and the temperature of the medium rises. The refrigerant releases heat, and the condenser becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid state.

The process temperature of the condenser remains unchanged, and then enters the expansion valve for throttling. Throttling is a process of rapid cooling, and the refrigerant becomes a liquid at low temperature and low pressure. After this process, the refrigerant enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, so as to realize the whole process of the refrigeration system. This cycle is carried out continuously, so that the water can be continuously refrigerated.

  1. The equipment uses multiple compressors in parallel, and each compressor has its own independent refrigeration circuit, that is, the evaporator and the condenser are also completely independent. All compressors are controlled by a unified microcomputer, commanded by the system, turned on or off one by one, and will never interfere with each other. In addition, the compressors are all made from the original, and the single-machine failure rate is extremely low. Based on the above reasons, the recirculating chiller can be guaranteed to have a highly stable performance, and it is the best choice for continuous operation for many years, and there is no need to purchase other backup equipment.
  2. Power saving and energy saving: multiple small and medium power compressors are used in parallel, and the interference to the power grid is extremely small when starting or shutting down. With the change of load, the equipment will automatically determine the number of startups to ensure that the compressors that are turned on are in good working condition, thereby effectively saving electricity.
  3. The low temperature recirculating chiller has a long service life: the evaporator and condenser are very reasonably designed and placed above the compressor. During the entire operation process, most of the lubricating oil always stays in the compressor to ensure the works well.
