First, the refrigeration working principle of chemical explosion-proof low temperature chiller:
In the process of refrigeration, first, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator of the unit exchanges with the heat transfer oil in the plate heat exchanger, the temperature rises, changes from liquid to gas, and is sucked by the suction port of the compressor. The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas compressed by the compressor first passes through the oil separator to separate the refrigerating machine oil carried in the compression process, and then enters the condenser. After heat exchange with cooling water, the gas at high temperature and high pressure is changed into liquid at high pressure and normal temperature. The high-pressure and normal-temperature refrigerant liquid passes through the drying filter, and then is throttled and depressurized through the expansion valve, that is, the high-pressure liquid becomes a low-pressure liquid. Then it enters the evaporator of the unit, and the cooling capacity is brought to the system through the circulating pump to realize the refrigeration process.
Second, the advantages of chemical explosion-proof low temperature chiller:
1. Ultra-low temperature treatment, the controllable range is low. Our ultra-low temperature chiller can reach -120℃, while other manufacturers are normally at -40℃~-60℃. If you want to lower the temperature, you need to add 1-2 compressors , we only need one compressor to reach low temperature environment.
2. A single-machine self-cascading compressor has less vibration, so our single-machine self-cascading chiller has two advantages: low noise, and pipeline welding points are not easy to leak. If the refrigeration equipment of other manufacturers wants to achieve a lower temperature, they will use 2 or 3 compressors, and start the operation equipment at the same time. The vibration is large, the pipeline is easy to leak, and the pipeline is relatively complicated.
3. The cooling rate is fast, and the refrigerant is proportioned by ourselves, which has an advantage over other manufacturers in terms of cooling. The pipeline design is good and simple, the pipeline welding point is not easy to leak, and it is more convenient to repair the equipment later.

5. The chemical explosion-proof low-temperature chiller can set the temperature difference between turning on the compressor and turning off the compressor, and has the function of ambient temperature monitoring to prevent the ambient temperature from being too high when the system is running.
6. The expansion tank does not participate in the circulation. The chemical explosion-proof low-temperature chiller itself has low liquid holding capacity, fast cooling speed and good temperature control effect.
