The working principle of the small chiller is to inject a certain amount of water into the water tank inside the machine, cool the water through the refrigeration system of the small chiller, and then send the low-temperature cooling water to the equipment to be cooled by the water pump, and the chilled water of the small chiller will take away the heat After the temperature rises, it returns to the water tank to achieve cooling.

3. Small refrigeration system chiller refrigerant circulation system

The refrigeration system of the small chiller is mainly composed of: condenser, compressor, thermal expansion valve, evaporator, liquid receiver, dry filter, and refrigerant. How do they work?

The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate. Finally, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water. The liquid refrigerant is also completely evaporated into a gaseous state and then sucked and compressed by the compressor (increased pressure and temperature) , The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled), condenses into a liquid, and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant after throttling through a thermal expansion valve (or capillary tube) and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.
