The Installation Environment of Industrial Chillers
Chiller installation environment:
After the chiller arrives, remove the sliding skids, calibrate the position with a bubble level, and fix the equipment feet on the foundation with anchor bolts. It is recommended to place a 15~20mm shockproof cushion between the foot and the foundation. It is generally installed in the basement or ground floor or in a dedicated computer room. If it must be installed on a higher floor, first of all, it should be known whether the floor structure can bear the operating weight of the unit, and the floor can be reinforced if necessary. In addition, it is also necessary to know whether the floor is level. It is recommended to place the spring dampers according to the operating weight distribution of the unit.
Chiller installation and maintenance space:
1) Reserve the space required for equipment installation, operation and maintenance.
2) The installation place of the chiller should be able to ensure that the machine is protected from exposure to the sun and rain; it should be protected from fire, flammables, corrosive gases or exhaust gases as far as possible; ventilation space should be reserved; appropriate measures should be taken to minimize Little noise and vibration.
