The low-temperature refrigeration circulation pump uses a compressor for refrigeration, and the circulation pump provides a cold source. It can be used to cool test tubes, reaction bottles, etc., and meet the conditions for low-temperature reaction or storage. It is often combined with a rotary evaporator and a multi-purpose vacuum pump for circulating water.

How to use low temperature refrigeration circulation pump

1. Preparation before use: When using for the first time, open the upper cover, add water or antifreeze from the sink, and turn on the power.

2. Connect all the low-temperature refrigeration circulation pumps to the system used in the experiment, and connect the liquid inlet and outlet of the equipment (upper part of the casing) with the inlet and outlet of the experimental instrument with the insulation hose. This cycle is a closed system cycle.

3. Start the device: Turn on the power switch, and the device can display the actual temperature of the liquid in the tank.

4. Setting the temperature required for the experiment: In use, when the temperature of the circulating cooling liquid is higher than the upper limit set temperature, the refrigeration compressor starts; when the temperature of the circulating liquid is lower than the lower limit set temperature, the refrigeration compressor stops.

5. Start up the equipment: After starting up, the refrigerator can be in a self-controlled constant temperature state continuously without disconnecting the power supply according to the temperature range you set.

6. Preparation and supply of circulating coolant:

A. Prepare coolant: connect the inlet and outlet of the circulating fluid, disconnect and stop the circulating pump switch for a short time or temporarily, so that the circulating fluid in the circulating coolant container can self-circulate until it reaches the temperature you need. The coolant is now ready.

B. Provide circulating cooling liquid: Unscrew the connecting pipes of the circulating liquid inlet and outlet from the nozzle, connect the inlet and outlet insulation hoses to the inlet and outlet of the equipment you are using, and then turn on the “circulation” switch. Use characteristics of low temperature refrigeration circulation pump

1. 4. The circulation pump adopts stainless steel low temperature resistant shield pump, no leakage at low temperature, and the circulation pipeline adopts AUS304, which is anti-corrosion and anti-pollution.

5. Adopt LCD controller, full digital Chinese display, temperature display accuracy 0.1°C, easy to operate, safe and reliable, and the controller meets CE safety certification requirements.

6. It can realize remote control function, MODBUS RTU protocol, RS485 interface.

There is a flow regulating valve at the outlet of the circulating fluid, the flow decreases when it is rotated clockwise, and vice versa. All circulating liquids of the low-temperature coolant circulation pump must be non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive liquids. If water is used as the circulating fluid, the temperature of the output liquid is above 0°C, and the temperature of the circulating liquid flowing back to the circulating liquid storage tank is below 40°C. If ethylene glycol aqueous solution is used as the circulating fluid, the temperature of the output liquid is -40°C~- Between 20°C and the temperature of the return liquid is below 10°C.
