2. When the refrigeration and heating system of the reactor is faulty and alarmed and shut down, first press the stop button of the equipment (the alarm light will go out), and then check the cause of the system failure. Do not force the machine to run until the fault is eliminated.

3. It is necessary to keep the refrigeration and heating system of the reactor clean and ventilated, and regularly clean and remove the condenser to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

4. The cooling and heating system should keep the cooling water tower clean, and keep the air near the water source unobstructed and the temperature low to avoid sundries entering the cooling tower to reduce the cooling efficiency.

5. Please keep the surface of the cooling coil of the low-temperature coolant circulation device clean, ensure that the nearby air is unobstructed, and regularly clean the fouling on the coil to ensure a good heat exchange effect.
