Refund Agreement
Thank you for choosing LNEYA Thermo Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the company”). As a leading provider of refrigeration machinery and solutions, we are committed to offering high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer refunds for our products and services.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a refrigeration unit or any other product that is damaged, defective, or does not meet the description in the order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence or documentation of the defect or damage.
Incorrect Orders: If you have received the wrong product, model, or quantity of refrigeration equipment, we will provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days from receipt of the product.
Failure to Deliver Services: If you purchase a service (such as installation, maintenance, or repair) and we fail to deliver the service as agreed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
Custom-built or made-to-order refrigeration machines.
Products purchased as part of a special promotion or discounted sale (unless otherwise stated).
Consumable items, parts, or accessories that have been opened or used.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at lilia@lneya.com or +86-18906195231. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as photos or invoices).
Return Authorization: If your refund request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. You must include this number when returning the product.
Return the Product: If your product is eligible for return, it must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving the RMA number. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
4. Refund Timing
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 30 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs
For refunds due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to reasons other than a product fault (such as a change of mind or incorrect ordering), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer must follow the return process outlined above.
