Refrigeration Method of Electroplating Process Chiller
There are two cooling methods in the electroplating field.
One is indirect cooling:
Because the electroplating solution is generally acidic or alkaline corrosive, the general customer will put some corrosion-resistant titanium tubes in the electroplating tank, and then the cooling water of the industrial chiller will cool the electroplating solution through the titanium tube.
The advantage of the industrial chiller using indirect cooling to cool the electroplating solution is that it is easy to install, and the acid and alkali are not easy to corrode the equipment, so the service life is relatively longer.
The second is direct cooling:
Direct cooling is to make the evaporator of the industrial chiller into a corrosion-resistant material, and the electroplating solution is directly passed into the industrial chiller to cool down and then returned to the electroplating tank.
The advantage of using industrial chillers for direct cooling is that the heat exchange efficiency will be relatively increased, and the overall cost will be relatively lower, but the difference is not very large.
