Refrigeration Cycle Chiller

 

The refrigeration cycle chiller adopts cascade compression refrigeration, which has low energy consumption and fast cooling speed. It is used for low-temperature and ultra-low temperature process control in the fields of petrochemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor industry, laboratory and civil engineering, scientific research and engineering applications, chemical Reaction, test, measurement, calibration, artificial freezing and simulation of environmental conditions, etc.

After the liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cooled object in the refrigeration cycle chiller, it is vaporized into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, sucked by the compressor, compressed into high-pressure and high-temperature steam, and then discharged into the condenser, where it is sent to the cooling medium (water or Air) releases heat, condenses into a high-pressure liquid, throttles through a throttle valve into a low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant, and enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize to achieve the purpose of circulating refrigeration. In this way, the refrigerant in the system completes a refrigeration cycle through four basic processes of evaporation, compression, condensation, and throttling.

Performance characteristics of refrigeration cycle chiller:

1. Air-cooled hermetic compressor unit is adopted for refrigeration, computer intelligent control, refrigeration system automatic opening, delay, closing, overheating, overcurrent multiple protection devices.

2. Internal cooling liquid output, cooling or constant temperature of the external experimental container or establishment of a second constant temperature field.

3. The microcomputer is equipped with a timer shutdown function. After this function is turned on, the timer shutdown time can be set arbitrarily within 0-100 hours.

4. The refrigeration cycle chiller adopts dual windows, red and green LEDs to display the temperature setting value and temperature measurement value, the number resolution is 0.1°C, and the microcomputer can correct the deviation of the temperature measurement value, so that the accuracy of the digital display can reach ±0.1°C.

5. It has the function of microcomputer software lock, which can lock the set value of each parameter of the system, and irrelevant personnel cannot change the set parameters.

6. All the above operations can be completed by pressing the touch button on the microcomputer intelligent controller, and the operation is simple.

7. It is easy to use and can work continuously.

8. The refrigeration cycle chiller adopts an air-cooled hermetic compressor unit for refrigeration and a microcomputer intelligent control system to provide low-temperature circulating cooling liquid to meet the needs of cooling or constant temperature instruments with cooling water and low-temperature liquid.

9. The refrigeration cycle chiller is made of stainless steel. Pure water can be pre-filled in the water tank to circulate and cool inside and outside the machine, so as to ensure the normal operation of the instruments with high water quality requirements and prolong the service life of the instruments.
