1. When using it for the first time, first use a universal meter to check whether the power plug connected to the device is normal, whether there is a mutual short circuit or a bad state, if there is no abnormality, it can be used normally;

2. After turning on the power supply, according to the requirements, add the corresponding circulating water, turn on the power switch and the circulating pump switch on the equipment, so that the circulating water starts to run;

3. Set the temperature range of the low-temperature chiller, set the temperature range of high temperature and low temperature, and make observations. If the temperature range is large, continue to adjust the temperature range;

4. The circulating water of Refrigerated Circulators is generally distilled water or the circulating water of the manufacturer. Do not use well water, river water, etc., which will cause blockage of the circulating pipeline. If tap water is used, it is recommended to clean the pipeline every year;

5. Check Refrigerated Circulators’ pipelines, refrigerants, etc. for leaks every six months. You can judge according to the parameters displayed on the pressure gauge. If the data differs greatly from the usual data, you can make a comparison;

6. The refrigeration system of Refrigerated Circulators needs to formulate an annual cleaning plan, including: heat dissipation pipes, condensing parts, cooling water towers, etc., to avoid system blockage and make the refrigeration system more suitable for operation;

7. If the Refrigerated Circulators are not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the water pump, compressor, power supply and other circuit switches of the equipment.
